HI all,

I just found out that quite a bunch of emails got stuck in SYS_MAILS, because of a recipient that has no email address. The efficy mail dispatcher had to wait until those emails got deleted...

Those emails were created by the DoubleFinder.
Here is the question: How does the DoubleFinder determine the recipient and can I change this behaviour?

Hi Tim,

It will use the user's email address.
This address is defined in the Efficy Designer's users configuration.

Please make sure all you users have an email address defined.
The best is even to link the Efficy contact to the user (from Efficy Designer), so Efficy can match when saving an email, converting an email into an action, and so on ..
